Practising non-linear movement with Monika is such an empowering experience. She has a skill of holding space that allows me to feel safe and fully let go. Prior to practising non linear movement with her, I generally have a niggling sense of the areas in my body, mind and soul that need more tending to; but during the practice I’m always brought to deeper spaces – those that are not immediately obvious – and this is where the true magic occurs. My body’s intelligence emerges in full force and guides me to unwind the knots, to release the stagnancy, to nurture myself in exactly the ways I need to feel more enlivened, healed and embodied. What I love about practising with Monika is the exquisite balance between gentle guiding and expansive spaciousness that she offers. It allows my body to direct me into the spaces of healing that are hidden from the thinking mind. I highly recommend this practice for anyone who wants to experience an empowering pathway to greater self-knowing, vibrancy and empowerment.
